I was in the market for a minivan for my growing family, I test drove a used Chrysler Pacifica to get an idea of what I was wanting, Ephraim was the salesman I was dealing with, I was very specific about what I wanted and my price range, I didn't end up purchasing through shottenkirk as we couldn't find exactly what I wanted but Ephraim was awesome and I would recommend him for anyone wanting to purchase here, he went out of his way to search for me and followed up.

Ot was easy working with Schottenkirk in them finding a jeep that met what we were looking for. There however, was pressure to purchase additional services that we didn't need nor want.

I had a great experience. I went not knowing what to expect and Keith assured me about coming in. I met with Montel when I got to the store and loved him he’s a character and made my whole experience great. I didn’t feel overwhelmed or pressured to get anything. They got me into a brand new vehicle that checked every single thing I wanted. Overall this was the best experience I’ve had going into a dealership and now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend them!

The salesman was very friendly and professional. He wasn't pushy at all. He listened to what I had to say. The finance guy was also very nice and helpful. Took the time to explain things to me and help me if I wasn't sure about something. I would highly recommend them. This is the second Ford I have bought from them and I would definitely buy from them again.

They have always done right by me with my previous vehicle purchases and they are very patient and friendly when I go into look around and essentially waste their time. Recently, I went to inquire about a new vehicle without any real plans to purchase and everyone I encountered was very helpful. You know it's a good experience when you're able to drive away with a new vehicle and you didn't feel like you were being pressured or like they were trying to sell you something. They worked with me to find the vehicle I wanted and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. Carlos, Montel, Luke and Joe were all great to work with. And shout out to Keith on my previous purchase. I will definitely be back when it's time to upgrade in a few years.
