The only complaint I have is that getting return calls when leaving messages is difficult. Left 5 messages over 2 days asking for an update. Nothing. Then a call saying the truck was done.

The good: customer is well taken care of. The bad: website is deceiving when customer is plugging in info to get an estimated monthly payment figure - but the dealership does not use the same tools, which leads to a wide discrepancy.

Overall experience was good. dissapointed in detailing of a new car. looked as if it was ran through car wash and handed over. water spots on vehicle. it was new and should look pristine. car manual found in back, was told to look on-line. keyless entry code on doors was never explained, found that information in glove compartment.
